You need:

potatoes
olive oil
rosemary
salt

Peel the potatoes. Cut them into small dices. Put them into a clean napkin and rub them until they are dry. Take a pan. Add 3 spoons of olive oil. When the oil is hot, add the potatoes, the salt and the fresh rosemary. Let the potatoes get golden. Cover and stir. Sometimes verify that the potatoes are not burning.
