This time, Françoise is not the cook. The reciepe is from Hervé, one of the two French designers from "Cabine". "Cabine" designed the covers of the cd's "Musique Automatique" and "Do the Bambi".

TARTE AU CHOCOLAT

serves 8

for the topping:
300 g of dark chocolate (70% cocoa beans is recommended)
500 g of organic creme fraiche

Start this receipe with the topping. Break the chocolate in cubes. Heat slowly the creme fraiche in a pan over another bigger pan filled with water (Bain-Marie). At the first boil, remove it from the heat. Add one by one the chocolate chunks with the warm creme to melt together.
Stir gently and regularly. All of this will take 2 mn. Let it cool and place this smooth mix in the fridge for 3 hrs. Serve with Custard or any yummy icecream (vanilla, rasberry, peach, pears...)
