1. Download the rare tracks from this page
2. Burn it on CD.
3. Download the PDF-files for the cover of the cd here.
4. Print the PDF (you need Acrobat Reader for it, if you don't have it, download it here, it's free!), cut it out and put it into a cd-jewelcase.
5. Put the CD into the tray - voilà!
